If you've just ordered your email account, your mailbox will be accessible instantly. If your domain name is using our Domain Name Servers(DNS) as authoritative, the appropriate zonefile entries will be made automatically.
For newly registered domain names, it may take up to 48 hours for your new mailboxes to be activated, due to standard propagation time.
Once your new mailbox is activated, you will be able to log into your web based email account from any computer with an internet connection by visiting http://mail.yourdomainname.com, (replacing "yourdomainname.com" with the registered domain name with which you have signed up for Email Services).
