If you have a Get Uganda Online account you can change your password by logging into your account manager. Please follow the steps below to do this:
- Go to www.GetUgandaOnline.Com.
- Click on Login located in the top menu.
- Enter your username and password. If you do not know your username and password please click here to retrieve this information.
- Once you have successfully logged into your Account Manager click on the domain name associated to your email service.
- Then click on the Email Accounts from the Control Panel menu
- On the page that is presented enter the new password you wish to use.
- Re-type the password to confirm it.
- Click Change Password.
